Return Policy:

We will replace the jewelry product(s) or issue refunds (shipping amount may not be included) if the product is delivered to you under one of the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.
  • Defective Item - If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed.

 

Back orders:

No Back Orders.  You will be refunded for any items that may be out of stock; however, we can contact you when the item is available.

 

Insurance

We do not offer shipping insurance; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely.  If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it.  Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days.  If an order is lost (United State packages only), we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days.
